In Apify there are the following types of Proxies:
Datacenter
Fastest & most affordable way to scrape data
Residential
IP addresses located in people's homes and
Special
Proxy groups are for specific websites only
Own Proxies
Use your own proxy
No Proxy
Do not use proxy
Proxies provided by Apify you will be charged based on usage
You can use your own proxy or from other providers to reduce costs
(if cheaper than apify proxy)
Get download links
To be able to access and get the video download link, you need to use a proxy
Without a proxy, you will not be able to access it or it may be blocked
Depending on the platform you need to use, you can flexibly use Datacenter or Residential
The best and most economical way is to try the Datacenter proxy first, if it doesn't work then switch to Residential
Most sites can be accessed using Residential so this type of proxy is more expensive than Datacenter
Which Proxy should I use?
The recommended proxy type is: Residential, Datacenter
You can also use Own Proxies, but this proxy you have to make sure it is private or residential to ensure successful access to the platform you want to get the download link from.
The best proxy to use is Residential
Using Datacenter proxy sometimes will not be able to get the link
Why does the video sometimes crash while downloading?
Due to unstable proxy, the video download fails while downloading
You need to change proxy or change proxy country (if using Apify Proxy)

Using Own Proxies
