# Customize product description

The app allows you to customize how the eBay product description is displayed on your Shopify store. You can select which sections of the eBay product details to show and rearrange their order to match your store's design.

## How to access Description Settings

1. Open the **eBay Importer** app in your Shopify admin.
2. Go to **General Settings → Description Settings**.

## Adjusting description layout

You can tailor the product description page layout using the controls:

* **Toggle sections on or off** - Use the switches on the right to decide which sections of the eBay description to display on your Shopify store. If a toggle is disabled, that section will be excluded from new imports.
* **Reorder sections** - Hover over the drag handle (six dots) on the left of any section, then click and drag it up or down to change the display order.

### Description sections explained

* **Product Description** – The primary text description of the product.
* **Product Information** – Key product specifications and features.

**Note**

Changes to the description settings are applied to all new product imports. For products that have already been imported, the description layout will not be updated unless you update or re-import the product.

Sections not included in the original product will be skipped.
